By creating an account or using Trading Post for Card Collectors you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trading Post is a social app for swapping cards card-for-card. Buying, selling, asking for or offering money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or any other payment is not allowed, and listings or messages that do so will be removed.
You must be 18 or older, or have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
You may not post or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, defamatory, spam, misleading, or that infringes anyone's rights. Counterfeit, altered or misrepresented cards are prohibited.
You can report any listing, message or user and block users at any time. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove offending content and suspend or ban users who violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a limited licence to host and display them in the app to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to post them.
Trades are arranged directly between users. We are not a party to any trade, do not inspect cards and cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity or delivery of any card. Meet in public places such as card shops or shows, use tracked mail for valuable cards, and use good judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trading Post is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from trades between users.
Keep your password secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
